Initial consultation

To start your new build research or to start discussing your project in more depth, we recommend seeking an initial consultation with one of our architects.

Our initial consultation provides you with 2 hours with a registered architect at your proposed site.

We’ll also email you a form to complete and return prior to the consultation, so we are also prepped to meet and can provide you with the best advice.

Like an exclusive artwork, our predesigns also have an exclusive limited run, which means across the globe, it is unlikely that you’ll find the same design in your street, your suburb, or even in your town. We are providing you with a bespoke look, without the bespoke price tag.

Not only do we believe in providing greater access to great architecture, but we also strive to make the process simple.

Predesign model

As part of our predesign model, we have 3 levels of documents for you to choose from. Depending on what stage of your project you’re at, and what level of finishes you want, we have an option for you. You can purchase all the documents you’ll need to take to your builder directly from our website. Explore your options below.

Once you’ve selected and bought the design you want, and we’ve made your customised changes (if any), you’ll need to do a bit more groundwork before the builders hit the site. If that’s something you’d rather outsource and let someone else stress about, our project management team is here to help with

  • Engineering Report.

  • Basix or Energy Report.

  • Town planning or council coordination.

  • Soil test.

  • Geotechnical Report.

  • Council Approvals.

  • Site Survey.

  • Coordination with Council, Certifiers.

  • Required reports for the site. i.e. bush fire, vegetation, indigenous or heritage overlays.
